uudb Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the uudb website accessible at uudb.io and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the uudb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon completing the uudb registration process, through which that Player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's uudb account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by uudb under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process uudb uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.

By accessing the uudb platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the uudb Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or betting markets.

Your acceptance is confirmed by the act of ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration. If you register an account without reading this document, uudb considers acceptance to have occurred nonetheless, as the checkbox constitutes acknowledgment that these Terms are available and binding.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network through which it is accessed. Players who access uudb via mobile browser on Android or iOS devices are subject to the same Terms as those accessing via desktop.

To be eligible to register and use the uudb platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

uudb reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory verification. Providing false eligibility information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on uudb, a Player must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active uudb account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where uudb identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and all pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. Changes to personal details must be communicated to uudb support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension during the KYC review process.

Players must not share their account credentials — including username, password, and two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. uudb accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. uudb will not be held liable for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

uudb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal from a Player's account is processed. uudb reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of a Player's use of the Platform, including at registration, before processing large deposits, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Identity Document: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months showing the Player's registered residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet used for deposits, typically a screenshot of the wallet account showing the registered name and number.
• Selfie Verification: In some cases, uudb may request a live or photographic selfie holding the presented identity document to confirm the document belongs to the account holder.

KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format. uudb reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, partially obscured, expired, or inconsistent with the details held on the Player's registered account. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being formally requested to do so may have their account suspended and outstanding balance held pending resolution.

uudb accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced at uudb's discretion and will be displayed on the deposit page when available.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though uudb reserves the right to apply deposit limits to specific accounts for security or responsible gaming purposes.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are generally reflected in the Player's uudb balance within a few minutes of the transaction confirmation. Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high platform traffic, network congestion, or scheduled maintenance by the relevant mobile money provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed.
• uudb does not charge a fee on deposits, however the mobile money provider may apply their standard transaction charges.
• Deposits that fail to reach the Player's uudb balance within 60 minutes should be reported to uudb support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
• uudb reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, money laundering, or bonus abuse activity.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawals.

uudb may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional timeframe.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• uudb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where uudb reasonably suspects the promotion is being abused.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all duplicate accounts closed and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.

Bonus abuse — defined as the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome — is treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the uudb sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules may apply in addition and are published in the relevant betting market information pages.

• A bet is considered accepted when it has been confirmed on-screen with a unique bet reference number. A bet confirmation notification does not constitute acceptance if the platform subsequently identifies a palpable error in the odds or market data at the time the bet was placed.
• uudb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known before the bet was accepted, where match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, or where the odds offered were the result of a technical or human error.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended or removed without notice during periods of significant event activity, rule changes, or data feed interruption.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 international matches, and domestic competitions — are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules published on the uudb platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are published on individual market pages and may be adjusted by uudb at any time.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player once the bet confirmation reference has been issued, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and the Player elects to use it before the relevant in-play settlement trigger.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG system and are not influenced by the Platform or any third party after the game round has been initiated.

• uudb accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Player-side technical failures including internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uudb platform. Any Player found to be engaging in any of the listed activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending winnings, and where legally required, reporting to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using the uudb platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to disguise the source of illegally obtained money.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against uudb deposits.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets on events where the Player has, or has reason to believe they have, prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players in table games or poker to gain an unfair advantage against the Platform or other participants.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets automatically or to gain an unfair informational advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by their terms, including coordinated low-risk wagering across markets to guarantee bonus conversion.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate a Player's uudb account.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

uudb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• uudb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, money laundering, or bonus abusive activity on the account.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• The Player provides false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• A chargeback is initiated by the Player or their payment provider against a uudb transaction.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the uudb Responsible Gaming policy.
• Applicable law or a request from a regulatory authority requires uudb to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, uudb will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate a resolution within 14 business days. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases of account closure not related to a breach — such as voluntary closure by the Player — the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.

uudb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all of its products and services. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling behaviour, all accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that cannot be increased without a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the total amount a Player may lose within a defined period.

uudb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By accepting these Terms, Players also consent to the data practices described in the uudb Privacy Policy.

In summary, uudb collects personal information necessary for account registration, payment processing, identity verification, and the provision of platform services. This information is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols. uudb does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

uudb may share data with third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services covered by these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uudb's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uudb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or expected winnings resulting from platform downtime or service interruption.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on odds that were published in error.
• Financial losses sustained due to a Player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Technical failures on the Player's own device or internet connection during a game round or bet placement.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

uudb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party infrastructure failures may periodically affect availability. uudb will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows via the platform.

uudb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — including changes to payment rules, bonus policies, account suspension criteria, or the scope of prohibited conduct — uudb will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Notice will be provided via a prominent notification on the Platform and, where contact details are current, via email to the Player's registered address.

Continued use of the uudb platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and return of their verified balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uudb is incorporated. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that Players may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and uudb arising from the use of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

Players agree that any claim against uudb must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding. uudb does not accept jurisdiction of any court or tribunal that would require it to participate in class-action litigation.
